MR TAN SU HANG
Mr. Tan was appointed as Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer on 8 June 2026. He is responsible for driving the Group’s commercial strategy, overseeing business development, sales performance, and overall operational execution, with a focus on sustainable growth and market expansion.
He plays a key role in shaping and implementing the Group’s strategic initiatives, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enhancing the Group’s competitive positioning across its core business segments.
Mr. Tan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INTI University College, a Master of Arts in Management Skills, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
MISS TAN CHER LI
An accomplished finance leader with over 25 years of leadership experience driving financial strategy and operational excellence across multinational corporations in the oil & energy, manufacturing and professional services sectors, spanning the Asia Pacific region. Possesses extensive expertise in financial oversight, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, internal controls, and business transformation. Demonstrated track record of partnering with Boards and senior management in strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing organisational performance, driving sustainable growth, and safeguarding shareholder interests.
Throughout a distinguished career spanning regional and country leadership roles, has successfully led finance functions across multiple jurisdictions, overseen complex regulatory and compliance matters, managed strategic initiatives, and driven organisational change. Brings strong commercial acumen, sound judgement, and extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, audit and risk oversight, internal controls, and corporate governance. Recognised for integrity, leadership, and the ability to provide objective and independent perspectives that contribute to effective Board decision-making, long-term value creation, and the protection of shareholder interests.
ANDY LIM KEAN CHOONG

Mr. Lim Kean Choong joined the Pineapple Group in June 2004, initially responsible to promote sales in few of the Pineapple retail outlets. Subsequently was overseeing the operation of the warranty department, fairs and road-shows management and procurement of the Group. Currently, he manages the day to day operations for Pineapple Group in outlets retailing, e-commerce sale and sourcing of new products. Additional focus now will be the business development of the Group to identify potential business opportunities to enhance the Group’s performance. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Monash University.
FRANKIE CHOW FOONG YEW
Mr. Chow Foong Yew graduated with a BSc. (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Portsmouth University in 1980. He has served in numerous multi-national companies and conglomerates locally and overseas in his 31 years corporate career. He commenced his career in Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in 1980 and then joined Malaysian Tobacco Company (MTC) a subsidiary of British American Tobacco in 1981 until 1995 in various positions in Engineering, Production, Product Development and Export Logistics.
He then joined Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL) in Hong Kong in 1995 as the Regional Manufacturing Manager overseeing the company’s third party contract and licensee manufacturing facilities in Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Nepal. In 2000, he joined PT HM Sampoerna (PTHMS) in Indonesia as Head of Global Logistics responsible for the management and execution of global supply chain strategies for contract manufacturers in the UK, Germany and Russia. In 2004, he was appointed Country Manager of Sampoerna Brazil Latin America responsible for turnaround strategies to improve profitability and increase in market share.
In 2006, Mr. Chow joined GemsTV Holdings Ltd (GTV), a SGX public listed company as its Chief Manufacturing Officer responsible for the jewellery manufacturing facility in Thailand. He undertook the modernization of the manufacturing facility and setting up of the institute of Jewellery Technology under the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) privileges. Mr. Chow left GTV in 2010 to pursue his personal interests.
Mr. Chow is the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Chuan Huat Resources Berhad.
